Vendor Information

Vendor Information

Our Sponsors and Vendors provide all types of services for our festival and play a vital role in the success of our event. All of our event spaces will have an online application and acceptance process. Our Vendors have been applying online for a couple of years now and we are able to go green with the complete application process.

We are using EventHub – an online application process platform.

To apply as a Vendor please click on this link to EventHub.

For New Vendors and first time EventHub users, you will need to establish an account with your email and everything will flow through the platform.

Vendors, your online payment will not be processed until you have been accepted as a vendor. You will be able to finalize your application online, once you are approved. This is a time-consuming process and sometimes it will not be the same day you apply; it can take up to 2 weeks before you can hear back about being approved or not.

Required Documents

If you are a food or games vendor; it is REQUIRED you provide a ServSafe Certificate (Food Only) and valid General Liability insurance coverage for the days you will be at the festival. If you haven’t submitted your COI to us, you have until the Wednesday before the festival to get them to us. If you do not have your valid COI and your valid ServSafe certificate to us by Wednesday, you will NOT be allowed to setup at the festival until you provide it to us. If you fail to do this, you will be asked to leave. There is NO REFUND by this point, as it has passed the 14-day return policy.

Utilities

Vendor fees are based on vendor categories and 4 different zones in the Parks. Water, electricity (Tent Non-food ONLY) and ice(possibly) will be available to vendors for additional fees.

All Food, Attractions and Game vendors must have their own generators. If you have a trailer or truck that needs electrical you must have your own generator. If you are using electric for a tent space, please note you must use an electric cord rated for outdoor use, no longer than 75’. Cords cannot be across sidewalks unless they are taped down and not at risk for someone to trip over. Please, note that you may have only one electric and one water hookup. If you need more than a 110ampage for power you must provide your own generator.

Refund Policy

There is a 14-day cancellation and return policy. 14 days before the event, there will be no more refunds issued with a cancellation. We need the time to find a replacement vendor to replace the now open space which can be hectic in the month of May.

The Georgia Blueberry Festival Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application. Completion of an application does not guarantee your acceptance into the Georgia Blueberry Festival. The committee will assign vendor locations on the park maps, and exact site location when the maps become available on EventHub sometime in May.

Thank you for being a part of the Georgia Blueberry Festival!

Please, have something with blueberries incorporated into your booth or trailer.
