Our Vendors provide all types of services for our festival and play a vital role in the success of our event. We are using Eventhub – an online processing platform. Vendors will click on the link:
https://eventhub.net/events/Georgia-Blueberry-Festival–Inc–2022_2826 Establish an account with your email and everything will flow through the platform. Vendor fees are based on vendor categories and size of site. Water, electricity and ice will be available to vendors for additional fees. Your online payment will not be processed until you have been accepted as a vendor. You will be notified via email if approved or declined.
The Georgia Blueberry Festival Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application. Completion of an application does not guarantee your acceptance into the Georgia Blueberry Festival. The committee will assign vendor locations which the vendor will be able to check on Eventhub exactly where they will be sometime in May.
All vendors will need to download, sign and upload the Festival Disclaimer form. Please remember that all vendors will need to upload a picture of your set up – not the items. Various other vendors will need to supply other documents as specified on Eventhub.
In the event that a vendor is unable to use the online application process, the 2022 Vendor
Application can be downloaded, printed out, filled out (make sure you keep a copy for your files)
and mail to GBBF P. O. Box 213 Alma, GA 31510.
